Kyle was great to work with from the very beginning until the very end. Upon his first inspection of my roof He informed me of hail damage that the previous contractor mentioned nothing about and he helped me navigate through an insurance claim and patiently waited on me to fight with the insurance company to try to get them to pay. Finally once I realized that was a lost cause I gave him the go ahead and they were prompt to start, working until dark two of the days to try to get the job finished. When I came home today the roof looked great and there’s not a piece of trash on the ground anywhere. I can’t say enough good about Kyle and his crew. I took a very scary chance on getting someone to do a roof for my mother with only basic research and found Eubanks during that process. Kyle is just a guy trying to make a living and do it right. Mr. Eubanks placed a roof on my brother’s home that I was renovating. Once I contacted Kyle, he gave me a quote within two days. He was very professional, was good at answering all my questions, and removed and replaced all the shingles on my house the next week. They replaced my roof in two days and it was very steep. I thought his price was reasonable and it was cheaper than another quote that I received. they also did some repair work on My Siding that needed repair at a very good price. They put tarps around my entire house. Clean up was spectacular. And it was all done in one day!!! I went from making a call to having my roof done in just a week!! I noticed a leak in my bedroom ceiling and caught it just in time. Mr. Eubanks came out to do an inspection and told me why it was starting to leak. The previous worker that installed the roof, did not properly nailed it because we both got on top of the roof and noticed how loose it was. After inspection, he had a worker to come out and fix the issue. He then showed me a picture of the hole that was causing the leak in my bedroom above my window. Thank God it was caught in time. Hopefully when it rains again, I won't have no leaking issue. Mr. Eubanks was very personable, respectful, nice, and approachable when talking to him.
